It measures as a 15": the seat tube measures 15" ctt, the effective top tube measures 21.5" ctc, and the head tube is 118mm. It is for 26" wheels and 100/135mm quick release axles. The frame can be set up with disc or V brakes, the fork is for disc only, the steerer is 1-1/8", and the bottom bracket shell is for 68mm English thread. It shows some scratches and paint chips typical of use, but is very clean and presentable overall. Please inspect the images for detail.
