No replacements or missing pieces. The clear chimney is not perfect. The fluting around top of globe is really nice & even. It fits in the rim perfectly, no chips or rough edges. Lights nicely. An electrician can advise if it is safe and in good electrical condition. I bought this from an authorized Fenton dealer who got it from an auction. It's a nice student desk size.
