It is notched for a lever at 2 o'clock - see photos.The inside of the case back is signed "FAHYS ORESILVER NO. 1 PAT. FEB 19TH 1884 N855" - see photos.The case is in good vintage condition with normal wear - see photos. All covers close with no prominent gaps - see photos. The crown is missing.
