This necklace is a bit fringe like with the multiple hanging charms lining the bottom portion of the necklace. The necklace features shiny, faceted black glass beads along with very realistic fake turquoise chips. Some of the chips may be painted, others may be actual stone like Howlite. All are different shades of turquoise along with different structures and veins or no veins at all. The faceted black glass beads sparkle and appear to have a European style. The necklace measures approximately 20" and locks with a lobster clasp. The necklace can be tightened up a bit with the end chain. This necklace is from the 1990s and does not bear a hallmark. Conditional issues are light surface scratching and signs of wear. This necklace is a bit different and is probably for anyone who likes to have their own style. It has a Western quality about it while also having an ethnic or Bohemian look as well. It looks wonderful with button down shirts and looks amazing with denim.
