This are for stabilizing a broken or suspect tube in e heat exchanger. These are installed at the end of the tube with a stabilizer rod of the length of the tube attached in the middle (between 2 of these). This is intended to prevent a failure of other tubes in the event the degraded tube fails and tears up adjacent tubes. At a minimum for the stabilization of 1 tube you would need 2 assemblies, one for each end of the tube. Thanks for looking!!
