Clean and tightly bound hardcover book bound in publishers original 2 color blue cloth with gilt titles to spine and front board, decorative marbled end sheets, 2 color printing on title page, high quality, heavy gloss finish pages, all pages edges gilt. Following are noted defects: 1/2 inch tear at head of spine; 2 small puncture holes affecting spine title; spine titles faded; corners bumped with minor wear; bottom corner of last few pages with evidence that they have been wet, otherwise the book has survived remarkably well and remains in Very Good antiquarian condition.
