I am proud to offer another fabulous Art Nouveau tile designed by George Marsden who was known for great designs and superb quality glazes. A simple almost abstract design butbeautiful and finished in a nice translucent glaze. This design also came in other single colours. A dark green example is documented in Art Nouveau Tiles with more style by Robert Smith, page 21 this example does'nt show the design to its full glory. CONDITION CONDITION !!! Condition is near perfect with just one minute glaze nibble on the left edge. Has a nice clean back with embossed copyright in the centre and the letter L below. One tiny shallow chip to one edge which cannot be seen from the front view. Please study the photo's as this helps with the description.
