This deadbolt is in good used condition with some minor signs of wear and soiling (see pictures). The 2 3/8” is the deadbolt latch that is included. The 2 3/4” deadbolt latch is missing. *Manual is NOT included. Picture of manual is just to show the parts list.* Also, there is 1 small wood screw missing from the August Door Sense piece, but I’m sure that’s a super easy screw to find at any hardware store (see picture).
