New unused condition still with the labels on the back since we purchased over 25 years ago and kept indoors and has the vibrant colors on the pumpkin and eyes on ghost and details on skull are dark black in color. See close up photos of the condition. There is some sticker residue on the back under the other labels. Made of plastic material with the cord and bulb that inserts in the back opening of the item to illuminate. Shown in working condition in various photos and also used an orange color bulb in a couple of the photos to give an option to change the illuminated color on this item. Your purchase includes only the original clear bulb and the orange bulb will not be included in the purchase. The cord has a split in the plastic ring although does not affect the use of the item as shown in working condition in multiple photos and inserts in the back with no issues. Please do not purchase if this is a concern for you.The other item is the Holographic Fright Tape with the Happy Halloween message across 14 feet as noted on the packaging. Dated 1999 Impact Plastics brand and the original price label still here when purchased over 25 years ago and is unused.
