This is a vintage electric acoustic guitar, a folk guitar, but it has a thin pickup embedded in it, and when you connect it to the jack, you can get sound from the amplifier. A 9V (square) battery is inserted into the snap and mounted on the metal fittings inside the main body. The battery can be removed while the strings are still attached. The power was checked and sound came out of the amplifier. The sound quality and volume can be changed, but since there is no power supply, probably the power comes on when you plug the cable into the jack. The model number is Morris' PA-60 CGS, and it has a slender neck that is easy to play even for people with small hands, and it has a warm sound that is typical of an acoustic. It uses pegs made by Japanese musical instrument manufacturer Gotoh, which are also used in acoustic guitars such as Gibson and Taylor, and the tuning is stable. It was released in the early 1990s.
