Dates: Painting is not dated-exact age is unknown. Looks to have be done within the last 50 years. Region of painting: La Jolla Cove, California Approximate Measurements- Painting: 22” x 30” Frame: 29.5” x 37.5” Framed with Plexiglass or acrylic (not glass) Matted with floating painting-edges of painting are visible, not hidden under matting. Condition: Painting is in very nice condition with mild wear. Tiny spots and or stains, paint drips and mild smudges to edges. Frame: Plexi or acrylic has lots of visible surface scuffs, scratches, dings, abrasions, surface chips and light damage/wear from use and hanging. Matting shows smudges, spots and stains. Metal has scuffs and wear. The painting can definitely be hung right away but I would suggest newer plexi, acrylic and or glass. Painting and frame are sold as-is, as shown in image provided.
