Description: My name is Riley I am a sophomore in College and I own a carburetor rebuilding company. I hire HS girls and boys who do not have trades in their schools to come work in our garage. We teach them how to disassemble, clean and rebuild carburetors, using the Edelbrock teaching program. I have been doing this program for three years and we are really good at it. our return rate is less than 1% and we will always help in anyway we can. We stand behind the carb with a 90 day warranty no questions asked. This listing is for a 1407 750cfm carbs manual choke in driver quality finish. These are returns to Edelbrock that we then breakdown, soda blast, ultrasonic tank and rebuild using ONLY 1477 Edelbrock kits. The carb in the picture is similar to what you will receive. The process is the same each time, we completely strip them down, soda blast them in the blast cabinet, then hot tank them in an ultrasonic cleaner. We rebuild them using ONLY original Edelbrock rebuild kits (I don't use knock off kits, they stink). If the jets or rods have been changed, we put in new original ones from Edelbrock. We put everything at factory spec: Floats 7/16 at closed, Bleed screws at 1.5 turns out from seated, Idle screw at 1.5 turns from beginning to open blades, Jets and rods checked to make sure they are OEM, accelerator pump on middle hole. We spray all my rebuilds with Sharkhide, it will protect the aluminum from oxidizing for a few years. We will send the base gasket and aircleaner gasket with the rebuild.
