No writing or folds to the pages. Book is covered in original thick clear cover. Clear cover has warped a bit along the edges but book has not. 1st 3 pictures are with the cover on and pictures 4,5,6 are taken without the cover. The book has a slight separation inside the front cover at the bottom area of the spine. All pages are still intact. The clear cover has a tear at the bottom of the spine area. There are a few pages with some foxing spots. Last page has a bit of dirt marks to the top and side edge but it does not show in the picture very well.
