Description: Echinocereus adustus for sale here. Plant is in 3 inch pot with a single stem that is over an inch at the base and a 4-5 inch high. E. adustus is a very attractive dwarf species clustering when mature from the base. Heavy bloomer, it starts producing flowers when still very young. Stem usually erect, cylindrical almost completely expose with short spines, up to 10 inch tall and only 2 inch in diameter. Flowers are large, narrow funnel-shaped, up to 1 1/2 inch long and in diameter, pink to purple. Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico. Plant ships bare root. USA and her territories ONLY. Shipping.
