These straps were used to secure items to the Early Vietnam Packboard Pack. The straps are in NOS Unissued Condition. The are 1" wide x 60" long. The have a quick release buckle. The remaining inventory of straps are bound in bulk lots with a tag showing a 1951 manufacture date. I don't see any dates on the straps from the ones I have sampled.
