Description: On offer, we have an original Earl Newman poster for The 1965 Monterey Jazz Festival. "The Trumpet" is a serigraph hand printed by Newman in his home. Earl Newman produced these posters for the Monterey Jazz Festival from 1963 until 2014. This is has a large bold white ink signature "Newman". It is also signed in the print. On very thick paper, this measures 35" X 23". Again, this is an original, not a re-print. This is in excellent condition. The printing is bold, bright, clean and clear. This has been handled and has a few light wrinkles. I see a short crease on the right of the trumpet (pictured). As I am not an expert on art, please view my photographs for more description. This is from my friend who is moving to a much smaller home and parting with some of his treasures. I will be happy to answer any questions and, of course, combine your shipping. This has been stored flat, but will be shipped rolled in a thick tube.
