A spring was permanently installed inside the hoop. The spring and the back clasp (flat stopper with needle) were designed not to be connected together. It is normal, if a clasp come out the hoop sometimes when you remove the earrings from your ears. Please just put the needle side through into the hole of hoop and push the flat stopper until it can stay on the front stopper. It will work perfect.
