First edition, first printing; one of 500 copies of the first printing of this landmark bibliography by Jeff Dykes, a renowned collector, scholar, and bookseller. The limitation is not noted within the book but was stated by Dykes in subsequent publications and his own sales catalogs. The scan shows marks on the front cover that were impressed shallowly; these continue faintly through the frontispiece and first four leaves of the book. They are subtle on the inside. The book otherwise is in beautiful, fine condition with the only flaw being moderate darkening to the spine. Edges and corners are sharp and crisp with only miniscule evidence of handling.
