Description: DRUM COLLECTOR'S DREAM!!! This drum was made to celebrate DW's 40th Anniversary. Number 17 of 80 made. 80 were made in total - only 40 sold here in the U.S.A. The standard package came with a black nickel plated hardware, with the exception of 2 customized at the factory with gold colored hardware. This is 1 of the 2 drums. This has been confirmed through the DW factory in Oxnard, CA. The drum is numbered, signed by Senior Executive Vice President and Drum Designer/R&D - John Good. I purchased this item new from a distributor on the west coast. It's been kept in a custom protective case. The head shows minor markings, which I assume is from tuning at the factory but I have never played it and the drum itself is PRISTINE. Comes with certificate of authenitciy.
