The text speaks to the development of heroin as a replacement for morphine, as well as stories of smuggling. This is the older large format of the magazine measuring 12 inches 8 3/4 inches. This is a wonderful time capsule. It is in pretty good shape. There is vintage edge and corner wear. The spine and a cover tear have vintage clear tape on them. Some coffee stains on the back cover.
