Description: Drobo-5D (Model #DRDR5-A) with 5-3TB western Digital Red Drives (15TB total). Used, and am currently unable to mount the Drobo within the drobo software. Tested each of the 5 3TB drives, and they are all working perfectly. However, they are not mounting within the Drobo. I believe the Drobo just needs to be effectively troubleshot (we have done this in the past with a different Drobo) in order to get it working. We simply don't have the time, and so we are selling. Worst case scenario, you are left with 5 3TB WD Red drives that all work perfectly. Best case, you can troubleshoot the Drobo, and get it working again, giving you an 18TB Drobo system (at a huge discount). Obviously the sale is As Is.
