The drawing is hand drawn in pencil with color shading and written notations. It measures about 14 1/2” x 16 1/2”. The condition looks to be fair to good overall. It has some noticeable fold lines as shown and also has an area with a tear that was taped. It may also have some other taped areas, light creases, staple marks, etc. Please refer to the photos to verify condition.
