Description: This is a 3D printed - Dr Who - Ogri - Model kit by Digital Taxidermy Please not these items are sold a models for display and should not be considered as toys. They are not suitable for small children. The pack contains 3 Ogri. The 1/12 scale kit with lights comes as a kit made from transparent resin with internal LED lights. This means the item will light up. The lights have 3 modes: on, fast flashing and slower flashing. The lights take 3x LR44 batteries. Batteries are included. Assembly and painting are required. The 1/12 plain kit comes without lights and is printed in grey. The 1/21 and 28mm scale versions are made from grey resin. The Ogri looked like large rocks, usually taller than a human, but irregular in shape. They were large, slow and heavy (sometimes weighing as much as three and a half tons), but they could take a lot of damage, both energy-based and physical. When awake, they would glow and make a loud rumbling noise. Like other silicon-based species, they broke down into grit when killed and also left silicon behind when they moved. Ogri could survive erosion. As sand, they could still attack other living beings. They could use the skeletons of their victims to give themselves structure. They fed on various types of proteins which were common on Ogros. When on Earth, the Ogri relied on blood globulin, which they could absorb by touch. They had long lifespans, living for thousands of years. Ogri were not shown to communicate and did not show any signs of significant intelligence, although they were seen to respond to orders. They could be modified to give them intelligence. The model measures approx. 73mm x 77mm x 160mm @1/12 Scale Some clean up and finishing may be required.
