Description: Here is the Hard to find and very collectible book from 1950. It is Dr. Goat, a Tell-A-Tale Book by Whitman Publishing. It is 6.5" x 5.5" and is hard cover. There is a notation in pencil on first page from "Aunt Florence" ---see photo. There is "pulling at staples" that hold the pages to the book---see photo. Aside from some page discoloration due to age, the pages are in excellent condition---don't think it was ever read ! The outside of the book shows some edge wear. No smoke or bad odors. Great to be a 1950 FIRST EDITION, with author Georgiana and illustrator, Charles Clement.
