Cover has light creasing and heavy rubbing from storage, and some edge and corner wear(see photos). Pages inside are clean with some light tanning, only noticed handwriting is a name written on the top of the title page. We only deliver our packages using USPS. NO MEET-UPS OR HOME DELIVERY , and no UPS or Fed Ex (too far from our home to drop off packages).
