This item is circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark & dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration - note was most likely washed and is faded in many areas with the bottom left signature area barely noticeable); edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas); surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist and some are larger); a few small holes; pieces missing due to very heavy wear.
