They can be glued to walls and ceilings in different kinds of rooms. What are they made out of? Extruded polystyrene (styrofoam), a very light material that makes it easy to work with and maintain. One unpainted panel weights just a half of once! How big are they? Roughly 39.3 in x 6.5 in x 0.17 in (1 panel covers 1.77 sq. ft) THIS LISTING IS FOR SAMPLES ONLY! YOU WILL RECEIVE 8" CUT PIECE OF PANEL OF YOUR CHOICE! How many of these ceiling panels would you need? Measure your area in square feet and divide the number by 1.77 This is exactly how many panels you need. We always recommend to add 10% for waste to that number. Based on in-house experimentation and user feedback, we only recommend water-based paint for these panels as any other is likely to damage them.
