It's made of Diecast Metal & although it's preowned, this one is in very good condition. Unfortunately, there is no box with it. The back door opens to reveal a patient on a stretcher that comes out, so realistic, right. The license plate reads, "65-441-H" & I'd love to know it's history, but I do know it is Ref. #288C.
