They have some glitter on them and the backing is either wood or hard thick paper. I forgot to measure them and already packed them up but I'd say they're about 2 1/2 feet long. The felt skulls in the package don't appear to have been used and are probably about the same length. The scarf is really cute, albeit a bit thin but very colorful. You won't be disappointed in this lot!! I ship same or next day order is received!
