Overall, the book is in Good Condition. There is no jacket. The boards have some wear, scuffing and scratches. The edges are scuffed and the corners are dented. A few stains and scratches on the boards. Both boards are loose at the bottom. Internally, there are 54 pages. There is some wear and browning to the pages. There is a signature and some other pencil notes, by a previous owner on the front end pages. A few creases in the corners. Irregularly cut paper. Moderate foxing on the front and rear end pages.
