Description: Brand new in the package. I opened the plastic to peek inside and make sure everything was good. You could tell it has never been out of the box. I bought this at an estate sale. The former owners had a store, and this was part of their stock in their gift shop. I don’t believe it’s ever been out of the box. There is some damage to the Styrofoam, but the piece is unharmed. You can see in the detailed pictures. Also comes with the booklet about department 56 village pieces and all the original packaging. Smoke free home.
