I have found no chips or cracks. The Haberdashery (men's store), stands approx. 8 inches tall x 5 1/2 inches long x 4 inches wide. The light cord is included. Also included is " Don't Drop The Presents." It is a 2 piece set. The detail is great , they would be a great addition to your village display. They were purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and have been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeves show some wear on the edges from age and storage.
