This trim kit is complete, the spout has some BLEMISHES that could possibly be buffed out with a puffer. I took pictures best that I could, levers look good. It doesn't appear to have been used or installed packages on the left were open, the packages on the right are sealed. Please look closely at the pictures at the trim kit you will receive. From a distance or low lighting you won't notice the BLEMISHES.
