Our consignment owner stated that the wheel portion went missing years ago when he was moving homes and he only has one side as seen in pictures. This item will require additional parts to replace the parts that are missing in order to work functionally*** This item has been removed from a working facilty. Please expect some minor scratches, residue from use, oxidation, other cosmetic imperfections and normal wear and tear from everyday use.
