The laptop’s cosmetics are overall good, but here's what I see as evidence of past use: Some light marks, or scratches here and there on the exterior of the type that come from normal handling. All of the rubber “feet” are in place on the base. The backlit keyboard is complete, fully functional, and looks good. The 14” FHD display screen is bright, very sharp, and overall looks great. The cover hinges are stiff with a little free-play, and the lid and display are held firmly in all positions. Inside, the palm rest with its integrated touchpad also looks good, but has a small IT sticker outline near the bottom left of the touchpad. The battery is a used Dell 68Wh standard type, and it holds a charge. The BIOS reports it is of “Excellent” health. The laptop passed the pre-boot diagnostics test in all respects. Other than mentioned, there is no significant damage or breakage apparent anywhere on the laptop. Look at the images to make your own judgment.
