He was president of the Philadelphia Insurance Company and a trustee of the University of Pennsylvania. Original full mottled sheep, smooth back in six gilt roll tooled compartments, gilt red sheep lettering piece in the second. Very good copy with moderate rubbing to the binding, corners bumped.
