Description: D&C Limoges Hand Painted Yellow Floral Pink & Gold Cake Plate C. 1879-1893 Nice antique French porcelain cake plate. Decorated with a pink border with yellow and gold floral designs and white leaves. Gold leaf sprig in the center. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the bottom D & Co with an underline. This mark was used by Delinieres & Co in Limoges France between 1879 and 1893. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 10 3/4 inches wide from handle to handle. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
