PMG has graded this note Gem Unc 65 EPQ, with the distinction of Exceptional Paper Quality. (However, I think there is a faint crease running from the bottom of the note at right, up through the end of Fowler's name. It is difficult to see in the scans. PMG may have factored this into the grade, but I am not sure. I say this because I think the boardwalk margins suggest more of a Superb Gem 67 than a 65 in my view.) Friedberg # is 2017-I*; serial # is I00127692*. Signatures are Granahan and Fowler.
