Description: This is a very nice Vintage David Gil Bennington Potters #1895 Terracotta Casserole/Roaster, with Chicken carved lid design, model "1895" signed, dg. Beautiful design, and good condition. Base has some dark firing marks from use, and is perfectly functional, with just a few minor chips. Roaster weighs about 8 lbs, and is 12.5" long by 8.5" wide, by 5.5" tall to top of lid. A beautiful vintage roaster!
