Description: Soup/Cereal "By The Sea" Bowl by David Carter Brown from Sakura. What makes the rare is the handpainted Sailboat in the bowl. The dinnerware was produced in 2000 but the handpainted ship is signed EM. I ran the bowl through the dishwasher and the handpainting was undisturbed, therefore the painting is permanent. I honestly don't know if this is a sailboat but I named it this way for descriptive purposes. The bowl is 7.5 inches; extremely nice and in perfect condition.
