Tasting Notes:------------------The medium-sized copper black leaves have some tips and a few green flakes, and give off a sweet aroma. The cup has a very nicely balanced floral and burnt woody flavor profile. It has a crisp, bright start, not too astringent or tart and ends with a sweet peach like muscatel aftertaste. The liquor gives off a pleasant, complex aroma with both flowery and dark woody notes.Steeping2 teaspoonful per cup (3 grams for 8 ounces/ 240 ml) of water at 95°C (203°F) for 4-5 minutes.
