This beautiful knife is approximately 11” long with a 5-1/2” blade. The article with this knife has a photo of Petersen’s first niobium-alloy-blade drop point Hunter , with a red bubinga-wood spacer and a sambar stag handle. That knife was a collaboration with Jerry Bennett. Petersen’s price on that knife is $2500.00. The knife I have resembles the knife in the article, but has what I believe to be, a Damascus blade. The single hilt is followed by a thick wood spacer, a stainless spacer, and a nicely curved sambar stag handle. A great hunting knife, or for the custom collector, this beauty is gift worthy.
