Further I’ve recently developed custom wooden floor slats that have inset cuts that fit precisely around the bottom rubber contact surface of the pedals that hold these pedals absolutely in place even during the most aggressive bass or hi-hat patterns. The new wooden FloorLok slats are applied by first placing a small amount of the included removable mounting puddy to the bottom of the FloorLok slats and then applying pressure to the top of the slat and they’ll be temporarily adhered to the floor. Then you just slide the custom pedals into the slats and you’re ready to play even the most intensively aggressive bass drum pattern and these pedals will absolutely hold their position. These slats will work with most any common hard surface floor even outdoor flooring as long as it is hard, clean and dry. They’ll work with wood, tile, formica, vinyl, cement, slick cement and even rough cement outdoor floors. I've custom configured the switch mechanism on these pedals to have compatible devise polarity with the Pyle PTED06 and paired them with a custom adapter cable with compatible devise polarity with the PTED06 and that bridges the Pyle PTED06’s mini foot pedal input connection so you can connect the standard size cables from the pedals to the single mini female foot pedal input on the Pyle PTED06. Once installed using these pedals is completely intuitive. The new wooden FloorLok slats are applied by first placing a small amount of the included removable mounting puddy to the bottom of the FloorLok slats in four spots in a rectangular pattern and then placing the slats where you think it would be convenient for you next to your Pyle kit, then applying hard pressure to the top of the slats for about 10 seconds so the slats are then temporarily adhered to the floor. These slats will work with most any common hard surface floor even outdoor flooring as long as it is hard, clean and dry. They’ll work with wood, tile, formica, vinyl, cement, slick cement and even rough cement outdoor floors. Once the slats are adhered to the floor, you simply slide the custom pedals into the inset cutout of the slat and there you have it! Also note that the mounting puddy is removeable and will not stain or damage in any way your flooring. When you need more mounting puddy in the future you can just buy it at your local arts and crafts store for a small sum. I recommend the Scotch mounting puddy brand.
