The Seller is the Original Owner and received this LP as a promotional copy from the label at the time of its release. The disc was visually inspected and did not show signs of use. It has a visible manufacturer flaw on Side 1 Track 1. It looks like a scuff, but it could be discoloration in the vinyl. Seller test played the cut and found it played fine on seller's equipment. No distortion, tics, skips or other audible issues were heard, therefore it is given a VG+ condition rating. The cover is in excellent condition. It has a gold promo stamp on the rear cover. Preceded by the hit single "Karma Chameleon", which reached number one in several countries, the album reached number one in the UK and has sold 10 million copies. It has been certified triple platinum in the UK and quadruple platinum in the US. It was ranked number 96 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 100 Best Albums of the 1980s. The Seller was in the retail record business in the 1970's-1980's and acquired a collection of 2500+ albums from that era, which is now being sold on Ebay. Most are promotional and collectible LPs which have never (or seldom) been played. Many are white label promos, first pressings, and often factory sealed. Grading methodology is as follows: M (MINT) - Album is brand new, sealed, and has never been played. NM (NEAR MINT) - Vinyl looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap. LP cover may have some light rub marks. VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) - Vinyl may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned corners, or a slight seam split. May have slight signs of wear also may be marred by a cut out hole, sawcut, or cut corner indicating it is a promotional copy. VG (VERY GOOD) - Vinyl has light wear, scratches, or scuffs. Covers may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached, etc. This Seller allows for combined shipping costs when multiple items are purchased in the same transaction.
