This is a gray/gold tone metal buckle with enamel coloring, made by Koleaco, of Dallas, Texas, in the 1980s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-3/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 4.2 oz.
