Description: Up for sale is a bone china teacup and saucer set made by Crown Staffordshire in the Hollyhock pattern (F12917). This older version of the pattern features multi-coloured hollyhocks and butterflies on a cream background with a smooth rim. The ear handled footed cup stands 2 7/8 inches tall and measures 4 3/8 inches wide including the handle. The saucer measures 5 5/8 inches in diameter. This vintage set is in good used condition with no chips or cracks. There is fine crazing on the underside of the cup. The gilt paint is almost completely worn off the rims of the cup and saucer.
