Crown Macrotech 2400 amp

Description: For your consideration. Selling one of my favourite amps in my pa rig the Crown Macro series 2400 amp. Although one channel is renderedincapacitated, the other channel works perfectly. It all began when an intermittent buzzing on the said channel became apparent. So I've decided for my tech guy to get the issue corrected. Based on the prognosis, some type of output transistors needed to be replaced and subsequently the suspected culprits were removed from the problem channel where it remains currently awaiting donor parts some many moons ago. The original parts are MIA and presumed lost, but may be able to compare with the functioning side of the board as a reference. But I'm no expert! The amp has been refurbished, detailed clean inside and out with a few retouching involved in the process. Although this amp is only half working, I'm selling this item in as is condition for parts, repair or project and must be prepared to tackle the challenge and able to find necessary components to get this piece of formidable amp in full scale operational capacity and put in service again.
