Description: Rare CROCHENDY Wales Bone China Coffee / Tea Mug PEACE 50 years End of World War II This special mug is "Commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the end of World War II", which is noted on the back side of the mug. Above you find in blue capital letters written "PEACE". Below it says V.E.DAY 8th May 1945 and V.J.DAY 15th August 1945. The front of the mug shows a group of 4 soldiers with the English and American flag framed in a circle of peace doves in the alliance flag colors. The white Fine Bone China mug is in elegant white color and gold rimmed. On the bottom you find a wreath in blue and in the middle of it "Fine Bone China Wales" and "Crochendy Creftau'r Cantref". The mug is in excellent used condition. No crazing, no chips, no scratches visible. Please check our pictures as they are part of the description. It does not look used much. Maybe displayed only.
