Description: Cool vintage Cannon Harp Piano Desk Lamp Mid Century Modern as seen on Mad Men From a Palm Springs estate is this vintage adjustable harp lamp / piano lamp / desk lamp circa 1960s. Manufactured by Cannon Products, Inc. of Elwood, Indiana. Those with an eagle eye for mid century modern design may have spotted an example of this lamp lighting John Hamm's office desk in "Mad Men". Constructed of brass, metal and plastic, it operates using a slim fluorescent bulb and is in fine working condition. The on/off toggle switch is located just under the shade that houses the bulb. The bottom of the base still retains its original Underwriter Laboratories / Cannon Products sticker label on the base. Measurements: Approx. 17” tall. About 11” long. Round brass base is approx. 5,5” in diameter. The shade shielding the bulb is approx. 12" wide.This lamp is in excellent overall condition with no issues to note other than a bit of oxidation on the brass metal making up the hard.
