Description: See the photos of this nice sword that has been in my published collection since the 1980s. About 24.5 inches overall and in nice condition. Just the very slightest looseness that all of these exhibit. Note the Confederate features of no Federal eagle on pommel, unstopped fullers on both sides of blade, crude brass workmanship, large "vent hole" in the handle/crossguard, typical CS colored brass, crude waviness of blade, etc. The fake swords of this type are much nicer and better defined. 100% original in every way. These were copies made by the Rebs of the federal type sword and a real one is hard to find. See the other CS sword I have also listed.See photos for condition.
